photo-op

I've had to be very careful of what I photograph. A lot of shopkeepers /models expect to be paid for a photo-op and the more picturesque they and the shop look, the more money they want. I've also had a lot of people tell me flat out no and that needs to be respected. So most of the pictures I've been taking are sans people which is good because it pushes me to search out really interesting shots.

Last week Tommy was scandalized when I tried sneaking one little picture in a church that had a no photo policy. Wouldn't you know the picture didn't turn out. Divine retribution or just the wrong camera setting?
