a vegetariana in Mexico

There are the most beautiful fruit and vegetable stalls in town, we can have salads and crudités!!! I was really jonesing for some broccoli. There's a guy in town who sells tamales out of a cart- .60US a piece. He has a tamale with no meat. A couple of those for dinner and a salad and I’m happy. Tommy found a woman who sells roasted chicken- .80US each so he’s happy.

We have a fridge in our kitchen/ dining room with a counter and sink. We eat cereal for breakfast and if we don’t eat at the beach, we have sandwiches for lunch. Dinner out is cheap- we have cocktails with our meal and the bill is always less than $20. Last night Tommy had “the best shrimp I ever had in my whole life”. The shrimp were fresh, stuffed with Gouda and a jalapeno and wrapped with bacon.
Life on a budget.

I certainly did!

I've been thinking about you. My parents live in an "adult community" in Chandler, AZ; Sun Lakes. It's really beautiful and still affordable. Homes are languishing on the market right now most are 250,000 - 350,000. The age to live there is 40. You might have a look. Tommy felt a lot better there than he did in CA. He was swimming everyday and the dry air was really good for his bones.

The adult community places have mostly all lowered the age to purchase to capture a bigger part of the market.

Hope you're feeling well!
